Licence Terms
The short version: use the templates to create commercial websites as often as you like. The one thing you cannot do is resell the files themselves.

1. What you get
Your purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial licence.
Perpetual means there is nothing to renew and it does not expire. Non-exclusive means we continue to sell the same template to others.
2. You may
Use it for your own website or your company’s.
Use it in completed websites owned or managed by you or your clients.
Modify anything: layout, colours, type, content, additional code.
Reuse it across as many separate projects as you like.
Use it on sites that make money: shops, memberships, advertising.
3. You may not
Resell, give away or redistribute the product files, however heavily modified.
Upload it to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or anywhere others can obtain the source.
Bundle it into another template pack and sell that.
Share your account or download links with people who have not bought.
Claim to be the original author of the design.
The simple test: you may sell what you build with it, not the thing itself.
4. Individual purchases and account upgrades
Single template — the licence covers the one template you bought, across unlimited projects.
Premium/Ultra — download every product, including new releases, during your term. The licence covers downloaded files and remains valid after expiry. Expired plans no longer grant new downloads or re-downloads.
Previously purchased full-library bundles retain their download rights and licence under the original purchase terms, including future templates.
5. Third-party images, fonts and libraries
Demo imagery is there to show the layout and may not be licensed for you to use. Replace it with your own images, or images you hold rights to, before publishing.
Bundled fonts and open-source libraries remain under their own licences, which are listed in the accompanying documentation.
6. Ownership
Copyright in the designs and source code remains with Đinh Văn Triển. This licence grants you the right to use them, not ownership of them.
If you breach section 3 the licence terminates, and you must stop using the product and delete your copies.
7. Not sure?
If your situation is not clearly covered above, just ask: htmt.slh@gmail.com. We answer plainly, and the answer is usually yes.
